Why No Returns?

How to Request a Refund

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply follow these steps to request a refund:

  • Take a Picture: Capture a clear photo of the product you wish to claim a refund for. Ensure the product is visible, and any issues are clearly shown.
  • Email Us: Send the picture along with your order number and a brief explanation to admin@juicydealz.com.
  • Full Refund: Upon review, our team will process your refund. You’ll receive your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
  • What to Do With the Item: You don’t need to send the item back! Feel free to keep it, give it to someone in need, or donate it to a charitable organization. It’s our small way of giving back and reducing waste.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • The item must be in its original condition, without any significant wear or damage caused by use.

Refunds are available for:

  • Faulty or damaged goods: If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a full refund.
  • Items not as described: If the item doesn’t match the description on our website, you are eligible for a refund.

Please note, if the item was delivered correctly and is free of defects, we will still honor the refund policy to make sure you're satisfied, but we kindly request that you consider donating the product.

Non-Refundable Items

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on:

  • Gift Cards
  • Items on clearance or marked as final sale
